We have an extensive list of services available to our customers. Each one
customized to our customers specifications so you are paying for the things you
actually want, not an off-the-shelf service. For details on services

Each service comes with a service agreement, meaning that within a certain period
of time we will service any problems at hand.
We offer this as part of our services because we believe you should be able to have
working systems 24/7 without worrying about whether or not the Exchange Server will
go down next Friday.
We offer two seperate types of agreements.
- Limited: This comes standard with any
service and lasts for 3-6 months depending on the service. These are put in
place just in case there are problems with the hardware, or a misconfiguration (we
screwed up) was implemented.
- Extended: These plans are extra and have
a cost associated with them. These can last for as long as you want.
With these you receive peace of mind as to the state of systems, and can kiss downtime
(someone/something else screwed up) goodbye.
As well, with each service agreement a free training session is
included. This session will train an employee on the basics of administration and
troubleshooting of the system. We offer this to remove the hassle of having to rely
on us for small problems that could be fixed in-house. Note that we are still 100%
willing to handle any and all problems you may encounter -- we offer this as a convenience.
